E911 – Non-Compliance (without use of Intrado)
When you are experiencing an emergency, it’s critical that you are connected to the correct emergency services provider as quickly as possible. In accordance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, we are required to inform you of any limitations that may affect your ability to access 911 services. This service functions differently from traditional landline or mobile 911 services and may have limitations.
** This statement applies only when using Simplifi Connect & Voicelink without the use of Intrado.
Simplifi 911 IP and VoLTE Relay Disclaimer
911 Not Supported: Simplifi’s VoLTE Voicelink-enabled service does not support dialing 9-1-1 unless you follow our registration process by your reseller. If you have not gone through this process, please reach out to your reseller or support@simplifi.io for assistance.
Acknowledgment of Limitations and User Responsibility
By using Simplifi services (including Voicelink), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- 911 for emergency calls is not supported using this product or service – unless specified otherwise by a registration process.
- Simplifi and its underlying carriers shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses—direct or indirect—arising from the failure to access or complete emergency calls through this service.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining access to alternative emergency communication methods.
- Simplifi does not control third-party networks or infrastructure (including IP relay and VoLTE networks) and is not responsible for their performance or availability.
- Other carrier restrictions may apply.
