Simplifi Contact - Call Abuse Policy
Simplifi is committed to bringing you the most updated information about our industry. We've been working to ensure we comply with the all STIR/SHAKEN and robocall mitigation requirements laid forth by the FCC as part of the TRACED (Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence) Act.
Any call originated on the Simplifi network is subject to inspection and investigation if the call is suspected of being fraudulent, abusive, or illegal. Calls meeting any of these criteria will be blocked. If these conditions are repeated, and/or become excessive, the subscriber may be disconnected from the Simplifi network and may be subject to further investigation by the FCC for enforcement of the TRACED Act, and the subscriber may be subject to fines and penalties imposed by the FCC or the jurisdictional court.
You can learn more about the implementation of the TRACED Act on the FCC’s website.
